I talked with Yakov today. He has our travel plans and has a hotel room booked for us. He also told me that we have 2 tickets booked to Pavlodar on Sunday nights flight. So, if all goes well, Amy and I will be waking up in Pavlodar on Monday the 16th. We are hoping to start the clock on the bonding period then and get some precious time with Az.
We are leaving Mempho at 7:15 pm Friday.

UPDATE: The weather in Pavlodar is warmer than Memphis today. What a shoker. Looks like they are starting to really get into spring. Highs in the mid 50's to low 60's. We will take that over 10 any day.
