Hey everyone. Sorry for the long delay in posting. We arrived in Pavlodar Wednesday night about 11pm. The apartment is nice, with all the amenities. We spent Thursday waiting to meet with the Kazakhstan officials. Lena thought that we would have them but unfortunately we did not, so we wasted that day. We finally had our meetings Friday morning and were able to visit the baby house Friday afternoon. We had a short meeting with the director and saw three baby boys. The first two were David and Nikita. They seemed to have some medical issuses. The third baby was Azamond. He has blond hair and brown eyes. He seemed very timid and overwhelmed b/c of the attention and toys. We have decided to adopt Azamond. We will go and visit again on Monday. We hope to have plenty of picts next week. We wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Love,
David and Amy

Dave & Amy,
Is Azamond in any of the pictures from the Woodard's blog pages? I was looking over their messages to get an idea of your schedule. We will try to call you on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. We wish all three of you were here to celebrate. Kiss Azamond and tell him Gran and Grandaddy love him and can't wait for him to get home. What a wonderful Christmas for you. Hope you have the merriest ever! Love, Mom

Amy & David,

We wanted to wish you a very Merry Christmas!!! Your are in our thoughts and prayers. Reading your blog is bringing back sooooo many memories! We were shown David, also. I do not believe we ever saw Nikita or Azamond. There were at least 2 different groups in that same age range when we were there. We were never were allowed to see the children in the other group. We can't wait to see pictures! I check your blog all the time! Take care and enjoy your time there! Believe it or not you will look back and kind of miss these days.
